Full Mouth Reconstruction
Dr. Waldman has found that many patients come to her looking for answers with teeth that have been somewhat neglected for various reasons over many years. These are people who not only find that they have teeth repeatedly breaking but may also be conscious of their less than desired appearance of their smiles.
The reasons for this poor level of care are numerous and may include lack of time or money, or the inability of their dentist to adequately care for the multitude of problems that may have arisen over time. These patients may have received patchwork dentistry over the years that have led to poor function and diminished esthetics as time has passed. This could be as simple as a front crown that doesn’t match the adjacent tooth or as complex as multiple missing teeth with the subsequent shifting and breakdown of the remaining teeth.
Whatever the reason, Dr. Waldman comprehensively examines each patient’s mouth as a whole through careful evaluation of all of the information. This includes radiographs (xrays), photographs and models of the mouth. Dr. Waldman works with each patient in a relaxed and no-stress manner to determine a completely individualized treatment plan based not only on her clinical findings but also with the needs and wants of each patient, and where necessary, will prescribe a treatment plan that will restore the whole mouth so that it works together not only beautifully but comfortably as well.
To help each patient feel completely at ease with their treatment plan, Tanya, Dr. Waldman’s treatment coordinator, carefully discusses treatment options in a relaxed setting and works with each patient to determine a treatment plan that works best for them. One which they feel is affordable and within their comfort zone.
